This study aimed to determine the optimum recirculation ratio and hydraulic loading rate for recovery process of ammonium phosphate, formation, morphology, structure struvite crystals. provides a crystallization method treat fertilizer wastewater using continuous system recirculation, including fluidized bed reactor (FBR). Ammonium phosphate were recovered from industry FBR under different ratios (3, 6, 9) rates (0.39 L/min, 0.59 0.79 L/min). MgCl2 was used as precipitant with 1.5:1 molarity [Mg2+]:[PO43−]. The results showed that 55.71% 49.69% could be at 9 0.39 respectively. Scanning electron microscopy-energy diffraction X-ray analysis formed crystals comprised 80% struvite. Further, high low resulted in higher efficiencies. These indicated long detention time treated can increase nutrient recovery.
