Veterinary medications are necessary for both contemporary animal husbandry and food production, but their residues can linger in foods obtained from animals pose a dangerous human risk. In this review, we aim to highlight the sources, occurrence, exposure pathways, health effects of drug food-animal products. Following usage veterinary medications, pharmacologically active compounds known as be found food, environment, or animals. They cause major concerns people, including antibiotic resistance development, development cancer, teratogenic effects, hypersensitivity, disruption normal intestinal flora. Drug products originate variety water contamination, extra-label use, ignoring withdrawal periods. This review also examines how humans exposed through drinking water, air, dust, discusses various analytical techniques identifying these food. Furthermore, suggest some potential solutions prevent reduce such implementing periods, monitoring programs, education campaigns, new technologies that crucial safeguarding public health. underscores urgency addressing significant emerging threat, calling collaborative efforts researchers, policymakers, industry stakeholders develop sustainable ensure safety global supply chain.

In the modern food production technologies, tools and means of simple rapid testing raw materials, intermediate products final ready-to-consume are in high demand. This monitoring allows determining content toxic pathogenic contaminants confirms compliance objects being tested with established regulatory requirements. Mobile tests (so called test systems) provide opportunity wide range without involving specialized laboratories highly qualified specialists. Thus, systems for detection serve as useful addition to confirming instrumental analytical methods. An actively developing approach this field is using immunochromatographic strips, which strips all necessary reagents applied membrane components system. Contact strip sample tested, initiates further interactions generates recordable or visually assessable optical signal. The market based on analysis constantly growing, thus offering permanently widening choice solutions. However, recent years there has been a real boom new developments immunochromatography field, various options sensitive information capacitive systems. study systematizes these provides their comparative assessment terms prospects technological implementation practical application coming years. opportunities designing antibodies alternative receptor molecules controlling affinity selectivity recognition compounds monitored considered. advantages limitations nanodispersed markers non-optical methods registration discussed. quantitative via characterized. developed design multiplex control — simultaneous several presented. Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) is a major pathogen that causes significant economic losses in the global poultry industry. Current vaccination strategies provide only partial protection, highlighting need for more effective prevention and treatment methods. This study aimed to develop novel compound throat anti-viral (CTA) from natural plants using data Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System identification through liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. CTA demonstrated substantial anti-IBV effects both vitro vivo studies. In vitro, significantly inhibited IBV multiplication alleviated pathological lesions chicken embryonic kidney cells, tracheal rings, embryos. vivo, seven-day with obtained much milder clinical signs, enhanced growth performance, better immune organ indices infected chickens. Additionally, reduced levels trachea lungs increased specific antibody titers. also maintained body homeostasis, exhibiting strong antioxidant anti-inflammatory properties mitigated respiratory tract damage.
