Over the last decade, dual active bridge (DAB) converters have become critical components in high-frequency power conversion systems. Recently, intensive efforts been directed at optimizing DAB converter design and control. In particular, several strategies proposed to improve performance of control For example, fractional-order (FO) methods proven potential applications since they offer improved controllability, flexibility, robustness. However, FO controller process is for industrializing their use. Conventional use frequency domain-based schemes, which result complex impractical designs. addition, nonlinear equations need be solved determine optimum parameters. Currently, metaheuristic algorithms are used controllers due effectiveness improving system ability simultaneously tune possible Moreover, do not require precise detailed knowledge controlled model. this paper, a hybrid algorithm based on chaotic artificial ecosystem-based optimization (AEO) manta-ray foraging (MRFO) with aim combining best features each. Unlike conventional MRFO method, newly AEO-CMRFO enables maps weighting factors. AEO CMRFO hybridization better convergence avoidance local optima. Therefore, superior was achieved compared traditional other studied algorithms. An exhaustive study provided, method verify its advantages superiority.

The integration with hybrid systems presents several critical challenges, including increased loss, quality issues, voltage deviations. To tackle these researchers have proposed various techniques. Effective management energy is essential for maximizing benefits integrating a system microgrid at an vehicle charging station. This research specifically aims to optimize location sizing such microgrid. Additionally, improved binary quantum-based Elk Herd optimizer approach proposed. addresses optimally managing sources load uncertainty. also considers stochastic nature operational restrictions, encompassing diverse control modes. technique performance implemented MATLAB platform compared against existing approaches. analysis demonstrates effectiveness achieving optimal contributes minimizing electricity costs, average waiting time. Furthermore, reduces computing time, net present cost, emissions are 12.5 s, 1.1×106 dollar, 2.21×108 g year−1, respectively.
