In this study, we introduce a novel fractional-order model enriched with the Atangana-Baleanu-Caputo derivative to explore dynamics of TB transmission in developing nations, where tuberculosis (TB) remains pressing public health concern requiring urgent attention. We outline methodology employed, emphasizing key aspects such as solution existence, uniqueness, Hyers-Ulam stability, and numerical simulations. Equilibrium points system, including Disease-Free (DFE) Endemic (EE), are revealed through adopted mathematical manupulations. Following rigorous simulations employing Euler approach meticulously crafted scheme, study illustrates compartmental solutions across spectrum fractional orders. This provides comprehensive understanding model's behavior its responsiveness different parameter configurations. Remarkably, order tends towards one, our findings align closely those traditional integer-order models, offering insightful parallels into dynamics. Additionally, work emphasizes pivotal role vaccination preventive measure, elucidating profound impact on reducing incidence within communities. The promotion widespread access vaccines emerges potent strategy curtailing disease's prevalence, underscoring significance proactive initiatives. As conclusion, presents examination modeling approach. Our results pave way for further exploration, investigation alternative derivatives exploration theoretical stability. These endeavors will enhance inform more effective strategies disease control prevention.
