solve

problems

(ASFMs)

methods

The
release
rate
and
time
are
very
important
for
the
drug
carriers,
silica
aerogel
filled
hydroxypropyl
cellulose/chitosan
(SA/HPC/CS)
composites
were
fabricated
of
5-fluorouracil
(5-Fu),
regulated
with
content
SA,
pH
value
external
coating
material.
Firstly,
5-Fu
loaded
SA/HPC/CS
Eudragit
L100
coated
prepared
cross-linking
followed
by
freeze-drying,
characterized
SEM,
FTIR,
XRD,
DSC,
TG.
Then,
effect
SA
on
encapsulation
efficiency
SA/HPC/CS@5-Fu
was
investigated,
behavior
under
different
values
from
these
evaluated
four
kinetic
models.
In
addition,
to
further
solve
abrupt
obtained
composites,
fabricated,
sustained
revealed
that
technique
can
effectively
improve
extend
time.
