The aim of this study was to adapt and validate the results Battery Instruments for Evaluation Psychosocial Risk Factors developed by Ministry Social Protection Colombia in 2010 workers Ecuador. An instrumental conducted with 3172 workers, psychometric properties were analyzed using expert criteria, construct validity analysis exploratory factor reliability internal consistency Cronbach's Alpha coefficient.
