Abstract Aims This study aimed to examine differences in xenophobia, prosocial behavior tendency, and sociodemographic characteristics among nursing students. Materials & Methods The participants were 227 students (29.1% male, 70.9% female) attending the department spring semester of 2019–2020 academic year. We used a personal identification form, xenophobia scale, tendency scale collect data. Understanding the dynamics of teamwork and communication among healthcare professionals is crucial in face evolving challenges. This study assessed relational coordination South Tyrolean system Italy, focusing on a cross-sectional survey. Using validated Relational Coordination Survey (RCS) instrument 525 completed online responses, questionnaire aimed to understand implications different levels ratings by general practitioners, hospital physicians, nurses, administrative personnel (response rate 26%). Purpose: Recent research suggests that personality traits may be associated with occupational stress for audiologists, but this relationship had not been examined prior to study. Method: The Audiologist Occupational Stress Questionnaire (AOSQ; Severn et al., 2012), informal ratings, the Core Self-Evaluations Scale (CSES; Judge 2003), and demographic questions were administered via Qualtrics 307 U.S. audiologists. Consolidation of physician practices by private equity (PE) firms has accelerated, raising concerns that PE's emphasis on short-term profitability may exacerbate turnover, with implications for care continuity. Despite their significance, evidence how PE acquisitions affect turnover is limited. Using clinician-level data linked to practice acquisition from the period 2014-21, we used a difference-in-differences design examine changes employment and after 200 ophthalmology 1,980 clinicians. Relative matched controls, PE-acquired increased total number clinicians 46.8 percent through three years acquisition. To investigate the association between healthcare workers' demographic and work-environment variables during COVID-19 pandemic their turnover intentions or actual after two years. Two-step longitudinal cohort study. A nationwide study was conducted using a convenience sample of Belgian HCWs who participated in online surveys at time points: November 24th, 2021, to March 15th, 2022 (Period 1), 16th, 2023, December 12th, 2023 2).
