The current healthcare system suffers from information fragmentation. Achieving an efficient medical process necessitates coordination among institutions at different levels to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, with synergy playing a crucial role in this endeavor. Due concerns about security the costs associated construction, are often reluctant collaborate on sharing. To address issue, we propose analytical framework for of institutions, which clarifies impact benefits collaborative behavior members. We construct evolutionary game model study dynamic strategy choices relevant participants. Our analysis reveals that general hospitals, as main actors system, have lower willingness further invest construction Their is significantly influenced by volume they can utilize primary institutions. Moreover, interventions government society effectively encourage all members adopt strategies. Establishing comprehensive unified platform, actively promoting hierarchical diagnosis treatment, setting reasonable assessment indicators level available construction. These measures will synergy, thereby facilitating exchange within system.
