In 2018, Europe experienced a surge in measles cases, revealing the consequences of suboptimal immunization coverage. This trend was exacerbated by long-standing vaccine hesitancy. Parental attitudes toward childhood vaccines have increasingly shifted, influenced ethical, religious, and safety concerns. Vaccines hesitancy has substantially increased after Covid-19 pandemic. Using PubMed, we reviewed cross-sectional studies, published during years 2023-2024, related to parents' hesitancy, with aim provide an overview its prevalence, underlying reasons for public health. A BSTRACT Purpose: COVID-19 was declared a global pandemic and all age groups were equally affected. Coronavirus had devastating effects worldwide due to the emergence of new variants till vaccination adopted eradicate transmission virus restore normalcy. However, children not included in initial phase vaccination. The purpose study assess level perception, attitude, practice among parents toward drive 10–12 years age. Design Study: present research is cross-sectional questionnaire-based survey including aged as participants. conducted between May 2022 July with sample size 320. Results: high willingness (80%) found for getting their vaccinated. vaccines perceived be safe by (59%) efficacious (75%) children. Parents (67%) felt that benefits vaccinated against prevail over risks vaccine. 214 feel need child sending them school followed availing daycare facilities after 54 (17%) working parents. significant association ( P < 0.05) seen variables being per norms. Parent’s negative attitude associated availability no/unclear safety information (36%), fear adverse vaccine (3%), false belief having long-term immunity natural infection (32%). positive trust information/news about (42%), efficacy (5%), acceptability mild (1%), necessity send schools (1%). Conclusion Recommendations: awareness regarding limited, acceptance our study.
