Aim.
The
aim
of
the
study
was
to
assess
level
fatigue
among
Polish
epidemiological
nurses
in
relation
burnout
during
COVID-19
pandemic.
Material
and
methods.
This
study,
completely
voluntary
anonymous,
used
CIS20R
MBI-HSS
(Maslach
Burnout
Inventory
-
Human
Services
Survey)
questionnaires
sent
electronically
by
provincial
consultants
ICNs.
Results.
Completed
were
163
people,
mostly
(99.4%)
women,
working
public
hospitals
(78.5%),
with
higher
education
(77.3%)
work
experience
over
30
years
(52.8%).
majority,
60.7%,
respondents
declared
a
high
overall
index,
for
its
components:
decreased
motivation
(70.6%)
concentration
(77.9%).
In
area
burnout,
65.0%
emotional
exhaustion.
Statistical
analysis
showed
that
fatigue,
both
as
total
indicator
individual
subdomains,
significantly
correlates
greater
risk
Conclusions.
A

RESUMO
Objetivo:
