ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the association between sociodemographic variables, lifestyle and mental health habits, long Covid in nursing professionals. Method: Quantitative, observational, cross-sectional analytical study, with 109 professionals who had Covid-19 2020 2022. Data collection was carried out using an online form, following variables of interest: resilience, subjective well-being, age, sex, professional category, vaccination, physical activity, presence symptoms resulting from infection after acute phase disease Covid. were analyzed descriptively inferentially Poisson regression robust variance a significance level 5%. Aim. The aim of the study was to assess level fatigue among Polish epidemiological nurses in relation burnout during COVID-19 pandemic. Material and methods. RESUMO Objetivo: Analisar a associação entre variáveis sociodemográficas, hábitos de vida e saúde mental Covid longa em profissionais enfermagem. Método: Estudo quantitativo, observacional, transversal analítico, com 109 enfermagem que tiveram Covid-19 os anos 2020 2022. A coleta dados foi por formulário online, as interesse: resiliência, bem-estar subjetivo, idade, sexo, categoria profissional, vacinação, atividade física, presença sintomas decorrentes da infecção pela após fase aguda doença longa. Os foram analisados maneira descritiva, inferencial regressão Poisson variância robusta, nível significância 5%. Resultados: Sexo masculino, alta resiliência alto afeto positivo diminui prevalência 71% (RP = 0,29), 40% 0,60) 43% 0,57), respectivamente, enquanto ser técnico aumenta 74% 1,74) sua prevalência. Conclusión: resultados reforçam importância subsidiam o desenvolvimento ações promoção, prevenção, tratamento reabilitação aos indivíduos Para isso, cuidado multidisciplinar, centrado na pessoa direcionado ao contexto ambiente trabalho se fazem necessários.
