RESUMO Objetivo: Explorar o modo como as competências de investigação, desenvolvidas através da pós-graduação em enfermagem, transferem-se para a prática clínica. Método: estudo qualitativo, exploratório e descritivo, desenvolvido com base um grupo focal outubro 2021, utilizando uma amostra intencional oito enfermeiros pós-graduados instituição saúde região do Baixo Alentejo, Portugal. Para análise dados, foi realizada conteúdo Bardin. Os participantes dois revisores legitimaram os resultados. Além disso, critérios consolidados verificação pesquisa qualitativa foram aplicados este garantir qualidade relatório pesquisa. Resultados: dados emergiram três categorias: 1) Transferência das investigação clínica, 2) constrangimentos ao desenvolvimento 3) expectativas relação enfermagem. Conclusão: O reconhecimento pelas nos contextos prática, envolvimento equipe, melhoria dos resultados cuidados maior compreensão processo comunicação transferência conhecimento clínica são contributos pela pós-graduação. achados deste podem contribuir políticas educação

Evidence-Based Practices and Treatments (EBPTs) are recommended to improve outcomes for individuals with behavioral health disorders the service delivery system. This study examines how existing new resources affect availability of different types EBPTs in criminal-legal systems 519 U.S. counties. Significant predictors EBPs criminal justice programs (CJ-EBPs) evidence-based treatments (EBTs) were identified using poisson count regression models. Similar models used predict higher-, medium-, low-, minimal-cost programs. Existing staff a history prior grants largely influence CJ-EBPs EBTs. Improving county staffing influences, particularly through peer support may increase EBTs county.

Background: While evidence-based practice has demonstrated its capacity to enhance healthcare quality and bolster clinical outcomes, the translation of research into encounters persistent challenges. In Ethiopia, there remains a dearth comprehensive nationally representative data concerning extent Evidence-based adoption among nurses. Abstract Rationale The integration of evidence‐based practice (EBP) into rehabilitation education programs has been widespread, but little is known about how graduates' EBP competencies evolve over time.
