The impact VRT can be increased through group-based training. aim this study was investigate effect group- based on ADL outcomes adults over 65 years age. Forty-three included were randomized into three groups (group- VRT, individual control group). performed with Xbox 360 Kinect twice week for 8 weeks. Each session lasted 45 min. Physical activity level, satisfaction level physical activity, mood, mobility balance performance, exercise capacity evaluated. 36 people completed study. A significant group × time interaction found Timed Up Go test (TUG) (F [2, 57] = 8.60; η2= 0.004, P= <.001) Single Leg Stance Test (SLST)) 5.69; 8.509 10−4, <.007). After weeks showed better scores overall TUG (p < .001) SLST (p= .015), whereas did not exhibit changes. Our results suggested that could performance
