Golf
is
one
of
the
leisure
sports
that
offers
various
benefits
and
has
become
a
popular
public
sport
with
participation
from
people
age
groups.
A
total
262
questionnaires
were
distributed
online,
240
valid
responses
collected
after
excluding
22
non-responses
or
partial
answers.
The
results
showed
statistically
significant
differences
in
enjoyment
by
group,
except
for
recognition
others.
Regarding
physical
health,
those
their
60s
above
had
higher
mean
scores
than
other
groups,
50s
scored
30s.
Stress
relief
was
greater
among
20s
30s,
while
socialization
20s.
However,
skill
improvement,
participants
above.
Exercise
commitment
intention
to
continue
also
varied
significantly
older
generally
scoring
higher.
In
conclusion,
this
study
revealed
psychological
factors

Modern
members
of
society
tend
to
feel
stressed
in
their
workplace
and
at
home,
but
exercising
has
been
shown
effectively
reduce
stress
increase
quality
life
satisfaction.
This
study
aimed
investigate
compare
relief,
satisfaction,
based
on
marriage
status
gender
among
who
participate
exercise.
We
used
a
questionnaire
survey
with
311
participants,
the
data
were
analyzed
using
descriptive
statistics,
validity
reliability,
multivariate
analysis
variance
(MANOVA),
post
hoc
analysis.
The
results
showed
that
single
groups
demonstrated
higher
mean
scores
relief
than
married
groups.
Conversely,
satisfaction
compared
groups,
there
no
differences
any
results.
In
conclusion,
it
seems
these
affected
by
groups’
high
autonomy
sense
stability
family.
