Cultural awareness on mental health is enhancing over time in the Middle East, thus increasing number of individuals who feel more confident to seek help they require. This epidemiological cross-sectional retrospective analytical study aims identify and observe impact COVID-19 sociodemographic trends diagnostic profiles outpatient attendees at Rashid Hospital, Dubai a 5-years period. From cohort 5135 newly registered patients Hospital department, demographic data, diagnoses devised treatment plan 3679 – between ages 18–59 years were analyzed. SPSS software was employed analyze across presenting population. Chi-square analysis utilized possible associations trends. Overall trend frequency Psychiatry clinic. Key findings included equal gender distribution, highest 21–40 old attendees, depressive anxiety related disorders occupied majority diagnoses. The highlight key clinical patients. Symptoms depression, sleep emerged during pandemic. Consistently favor increase positive attitudes towards seeking help.
