The effect of metal nanoparticles on the anaerobic digestion sludge and bacterial community are still not well-understood, both improvements inhibitions have been reported. This study investigated impact 2, 10, 30 mg/g TS silver copper oxide (AgNPs CuONPs) mesophilic structure. reactors were monitored for changes in tCOD, sCOD, TS, VS, biogas generation, cell viability. Also, relative abundance taxonomic distribution communities analyzed at phylum genus levels, including genera involved digestion. Both AgNPs CuONPs exhibited some inhibition was more evident higher concentrations. had a stronger inhibitory compared to AgNPs. After introduction CuONPs, viability initially decreased over first two weeks but recovered after that. At high concentrations, overall diversity, inhibited dominant species, allowing those less flourish. bacteria responsible hydrolysis acidogenesis increased acetogenic with AgNP CuONP majority parameters measured monitoring performance statistically significant 2 which represents naturally present concentrations wastewater that below USEPA ceiling concentration limits.

The prevalence of bacterial infections in wounds is a significant challenge to successful wound healing. This study investigates the antibacterial effect hyaluronic acid and alginate aerogel loaded with zinc oxide nanoparticles as potential dressing for composite was synthesized via supercritical gel drying characterized by scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nitrogen porosimetry. absorptivity prepared evaluated, well activity, which evaluated against common pathogens, including Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli, using agar diffusion method. results show effective properties hydrogel aerogel. Furthermore, water absorption ability 5791 1585% unloaded aerogels, respectively. ZnO released from exhibited rapid release followed slow sustained release. These findings highlight aerogels based on an innovative material, expected improve healing reduce risk infections.
