This study evaluated the work-life balance, motivation, job satisfaction, and commitment levels of high school teachers in a city Laguna, Philippines during academic year 2022-2023. It narrowed gap by testing if satisfaction predict level demographic profiles have moderation effect to relationship between predictors outcome variable. Utilizing descriptive-correlational design, 262 were surveyed through multi-stage sampling. Adapted questionnaires utilized, content validated experts, verified reliability testing. Mean, Standard Deviation, Spearman Rho, Ordinal Regression, Moderated Regression employed for data analysis. Results revealed that teachers’ high, while motivation was very high. Work-life balance had negative weak correlation with commitment, positive moderately strong commitment. Motivation did not show any significant association Only on whereas drive effect. Teacher job satisfaction and well-being have a significant impact on educational outcomes, considering that teaching is the main objective of process. The aim this study to examine relationship between teacher four categories determinants: self-efficacy, relational aspects (colleague collaboration, student behavior, school management), work-related (administrative workload, tasks), working conditions, in order identify various implications for teachers' well-being. employs survey delivered 658 K-12 (pre-university) teachers, from North-West region Romania. We used factorial analysis structural equation model test eight proposed hypotheses. results showed promotion, positive conditions effects satisfaction. These factors influence profession because they ensure work environment which teachers students thrive, thus leading higher levels involvement students, parents alike. An efficient decreases attrition, burnout, emotional exhaustion, turnover, while increasing satisfaction, well-being, retention.

The present study aims to expand the understanding of effects dispositional happiness and self-esteem, as traits, on health teachers, well understand role played by working environment in generating positive affection, thus mediating between traits teachers' health. Two hundred eighty-two full-time in-service teachers (93.6% female) from Rome (Italy) took part this study. Their ages ranged 26 55 (M = 40.49 years, SD 5.93). Managing the COVID-19 pandemic posed several challenges for healthcare professionals, which likely heightened their risk of burnout (Amanullah and Ramesh Shankar, 2020) and, consequently, general physical mental health. Recent revisions of the Job Demands Resources (JDR) model acknowledged importance personal and organizational dimensions enriching job resources' effect on work engagement. Consistently, this paper addresses role compassion satisfaction, as a resource, teacher engagement, given saliency caring in teaching helping profession. Furthermore, quiet ego, dimension, ethical leadership, an are studied antecedents satisfaction. Overall, study verifies with Structural Equation Model whether how satisfaction mediates relationships among leadership. One hundred eighty-eight Italian teachers took part by completing four scales: Ethical Leadership Scale, Quiet Ego scale, Professional Quality Of Life Questionnaire, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-ultra-short version. The final showed good fit to data: χ2(48) = 75.399, p 0.007, CFI 0.979, TLI 0.971, RMSEA 0.055 (90% CI 0.029-0.078, 0.342), SRMR 0.039. Findings that teachers' is strongly related their engagement at school, confirming care toward students important resource supporting totally relationship between ego (bDIRECT ns, bINDIRECT 0.327, 0.000). Such mediating path confirms recent expansions JDR about resources and, consequently, Conservation theory, stating impact outcomes.
