Purpose
This
paper
aims
to
explore
the
relationship
between
organizational
learning
(OL)
and
work
engagement
(WE)
in
Middle
East
region
amid
COVID-19
pandemic
test
mediating
role
of
employee
resilience
(ER)
psychological
empowerment
(PE)
on
this
relationship.
Design/methodology/approach
