The present study investigated the predictive effect of neuroticism and extraversion on mental health among Hongkongers during third wave COVID-19 pandemic (from May 28 till September 26, 2020), with coping style as a potential mediator. Particularly, mediation model between personality traits neuroticism, strategies was constructed within framework personality-coping-outcome theory. A sample 170 participants completed an online questionnaire containing preliminary demographic questions, Coping Strategy Indicator, General Health Questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Brief Version. Results analysis indicate that can directly affect psychological well-being pandemic, have indirect (with size 28.45%) individual through strategy “avoidance”. other two strategies, namely “problem solving” “seeking social support”, do not play any role in process. Moreover, significant mediating is absent relationship health.

Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 ini memunculkan banyak estimasi baik yang bersifat positif maupun negatif akan keberhasilan dari penyelenggaraan pendidikan secara daring di rumah siswa. Fenomena seperti menjadi kegusaran dalam pikiran para guru dan siswa tidak luput pemikiran penulis buku bunga rampai ini. Fenomena, fakta hasil riset disampaikan tulisan ringan dan/atau artikel dimuat kiranya dapat memperkaya wawasan pembaca terutama diharapkan sebagai referensi untuk memberi solusi situasi kondisi terkini lebih khusus terkait dengan riil proses pembelajaran jasmani olahraga bidang ilmu lainnya masih lingkup keolahragaan era digital.

There are 22.5 people with disabilities in Indonesia, but 2021 the number of who employment will be 5.37% or 7.04 million total workers Indonesia. Employees have different characteristics from employees general. Psychological well-being for is a view support received, accessibility and equality work environment, social colleagues, as well better opportunities self-development. were 81 participants this study. The criteria participation disabilities, working at PT. X, least SLB/SMK/SMA/equivalent education had worked company one year. measurement instrument used study psychological scale (PWBS), which based on Ryff's dimensions well-being. It has 45 statement items. results normality test show that research data normal distribution. result shows high level (M=4.03) variable autonomy (M=3.87), environmental mastery (M=3.95), personal growth (M=4.10), positive relationship others (M=4.07), life purpose (M=4.06) self-acceptance (M=4.06). This found no differences gender, age, tenure disability categories, significant level, status marital using independent samples t-test dan ANOVA.
