Abstract Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO 2 NPs) were prepared by Caricaceae (Papaya) Shell extracts. The plant occupied the largest area in biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles, especially medicinal plants, and it has shown great potential biotechnology applications.
