Abstract Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO 2 NPs) were prepared by Caricaceae (Papaya) Shell extracts. The plant occupied the largest area in biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles, especially medicinal plants, and it has shown great potential biotechnology applications. In this study, green synthesis nanoparticles from Moringa oleifera leaves extract its antifungal antitumor activities were investigated. formation was observed after 1 hour preparation color changing. ultraviolet visible spectrum, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy techniques used to characterize particles. Ultraviolet spectroscopy showed a surface plasmon resonance band at 434 nm. analysis shows possible interactions between bioactive molecules extracts, which may be responsible for stabilization nanoparticles. diffraction that particles semicubic crystal structure with size 38.495 Scanning imaging atoms are spherical shape average is 17 image demonstrated AgNPs semispherical an (50-60) also potent antimicrobial activity against pathogenic bacteria fungi using well diffusion method. Candida glabrata found concentration 1000 μg/mL exhibited highest inhibition. As bacteria, appeared inhibition Staphylococcus aureus. inhibited human melanoma cells A375 line significant concentration-dependent cytotoxic effects. powerful bioactivity synthesized medical plants recommends their biomedical use as agents.
