Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted healthcare and societies, exacerbating existing inequalities for women girls across every sphere. Our study explores health system responses to gender equality goals during the inclusion in future policies. We apply a qualitative comparative approach, drawing on secondary sources expert information; material was collected from March July 2022. Australia, Brazil, Germany, United Kingdom USA were selected, reflecting upper-middle high-income countries with established public policies but different types of systems epidemiological geo-political conditions. Three sub-goals SDG 5 analysed: maternity care reproductive health, gender-based violence, women’s leadership. found similar trends countries. Pandemic strongly cut into constrained prevention support services weakened rights, while essential kept open. Intersecting reinforced, sexual violence increased leadership weak. All failed protect targets. Yet there relevant differences ranging some measures Australia an abortion ban US. highlights need revising through feminist lens.

Zusammenfassung Einleitung Die COVID-19-Pandemie könnte die Vulnerabilität von Frauen gegenüber einer Verletzung ihrer Integrität während der Geburt verstärken. In Querschnittsstudie (März 2020 bis März 2022) wurde untersucht, wie Gebärende Geburtshilfe Pandemie in Deutschland erlebten und welche Faktoren mit Geburtsintegrität assoziiert sind. Women's satisfaction with their childbirth experiences has significant impacts on health and the of children. Recently, maternity care systems have been disrupted by COVID-19 pandemic. This study aimed to investigate association birth mode birth, medical interventions, support during labour, type healthcare plan antenatal education in context pandemic Russia.1,645 Russian women who gave first year 611 matched controls previous participated an anonymous Internet survey about experience. The included questions regarding women's demographic obstetric characteristics as well experiences. Birth was measured using Satisfaction Scale Revised Indicator (BSS-RI).Birth scores did not show notable changes before (Pearson Chi-square = 19.7, p 0.22). In both cohorts vaginal births rated higher than those caesarean births. more interventions there were, were (B -0.234, 95% CI: -0.760; -0.506, < 0.001), only a person present 7.44, which possible over 70% participants associated 5.27, 0.15, 0.43).Our highlights women.
