The study is focused on mindful self-care development and practice as a guide to healthy lifestyle where it examines among health care professionals. It also the challenges respondents, addresses lifestyle. research design employs qualitative descriptive approach which deals with Focus Group Discussion (FGD). participants of are various professionals, clinical psychologists from professional allies comprised ninety (90) respondents only. Results show that creates relaxation through their own hobbies, exercising body mind, acknowledge difficulties passion faith they can surpass such situation, people confident in expressing thoughts feelings, honestly saying yes or no depends situation believe feelings would free them any stress, most need manageable time frame maintenance for support structure, exercise thought being calm because needed maintain support.
