Objective: Psychological safety (PS) is essential for health and social care professionals (HSCPs) working in high-stress environments. While much of the existing research focuses on PS within teams, less known about HSCPs’ lived experiences across diverse settings. This scoping review aims to synthesise qualitative literature PS, identifying key barriers enablers its development workplaces. Methods: A systematic search was conducted MEDLINE, PsycINFO, Embase, CINAHL, Scopus, Web Science, Cochrane Library, covering a 20-year period (2004–2024). Eligible studies included primary exploring PS. Screening data extraction were managed using Rayyan. An inductive thematic synthesis approach applied identify patterns data. COVID-19 pandemic brings many challenges to the daily work of nurses. While carrying out professional tasks for patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 virus, nurses experience tremendous psychological pressure due their workload in a high-risk environment. This causes severe stress and leads occupational burnout. The purpose this study was assess level burnout among surveyed working COVID-19. A total 118 virus participated study. <abstract><sec> <title>Backgrounds</title> <p>Healthcare workers have experienced considerable stress and burnout during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among these healthcare are medical laboratory professionals rehabilitation specialists, specifically, occupational therapists, physical who all perform critical services for functioning of a system.</p> </sec><sec> <title>Purpose</title> <p>This rapid review examined impact pandemic on mental health (MLPs), therapists (OTs) (PTs) identified gaps in research necessary to understand workers.</p> <title>Methods</title> <p>We systematically searched “mental health” among MLPs, OTs PTs using three databases (PsycINFO, MEDLINE, CINAHL).</p> <title>Results</title> <p>Our search yielded 8887 articles, 16 which met our criteria. Our results revealed poor groups, including burnout, depression, anxiety. Notably, MLPs reported feeling forgotten unappreciated compared other groups. In general, there is dearth literature groups before pandemic; therefore, unique stressors not yet uncovered.</p> <title>Conclusions</title> highlight outcomes despite research. addition more we recommend that policymakers focus improving workplace cultures embed intrinsic incentives improve job retention reduce staff shortage. future emergencies, providing timely accurate information imperative, could also help outcomes.</p> </sec></abstract>

This study analyzes the impact of occupational burnout on quality life (QOL) nurses surveyed during SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. A total 668 active employed in public hospitals Podkarpackie voivodeship (Poland) were surveyed.
