Aim of Study: To investigate what factors affect patients’ compliance with an insulin regimen as part self-management in Najran Armed Forces Hospital. Methodology: This study followed exploratory descriptive cross-sectional research design. The population consisted diabetic patients receiving insulin. A simple random sampling technique was to select among those registered at the Chronic Disease Clinics Self-administered questionnaire constructed and used collect data over a two-week period. Results: sample included 90 patients, whom 53.3% were males. Many participants expressed poor attitudes lacked skills necessary health education information. There statistically significant associations regarding relationship between attitude self-management. Participants’ knowledge how take injections; fear injection; having monitoring device; conditions; diabetes type residence location education; seeing educators related attitudes. The physiological changes brought on pregnancy, and the body's partial immune suppression make more susceptible to viral infections.
