BACKGROUND The unprecedented emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic necessitated development and global distribution vaccines, making understanding vaccine acceptance hesitancy crucial to overcoming barriers vaccination achieving widespread immunization. OBJECTIVE This umbrella review synthesizes findings from systematic reviews meta-analyses provide insights into perceptions on across diverse populations regions. METHODS We conducted a literature search major databases identify meta-analysis that reported hesitancy. AMSTAR-2 (A Measurement Tool Assess Systematic Reviews) criteria were used assess methodological quality included reviews. Academic gaps and redundancies on vaccinations must be identified to revise medical curriculum up-to-date training of students. This cross-sectional survey assessed status vaccine-related teaching general specific schools across Germany. Methods cross-sectional conducted online surveys of undergraduate and graduate nursing from four medical universities in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area Japan. Data were collected June August 2022, when fourth program was initiated. Results 1,169 analyzed (response rate = 37.3%). The mean age 25.1 ± 7.6 years, most female (82.3%). Academic majors included (68.0%), medicine (16.3%), dentistry (9.3%), others (6.4%). Thirty (2.6%) not vaccinated, one student (0.1%) had received vaccination, 997 (85.3%) three, 27 (2.3%) four. major reason for being vaccinated insufficient confirmation its safety (n 25).
