The rationale for this review paper is to take stock of the current knowledge in literature on intersection telework and work–life balance—an area that has grown importance due impact COVID-19 pandemic. also considers context government’s role pursuing policies reduce impacts pandemic order improve societal if not personal resilience, as these sometimes had unintended adverse impacts. The aim of the present study was to explore whether remote and on-site work stress during COVID-19 pandemic experienced with different severity. second goal investigate conditions at both working modes.The involved 946 individuals in education system BSS sector Polish organizations. following tools were used: Brief Scale Vocational Stress by Dudek Hauk, version scales measure work-family conflicts Grzywacz, Frone, Brewer Kovner, Meyer Allen's Affective, Continuance, Normative Commitment Scales adaptation Bańka, Wołowska Bazińska, Satisfaction Job Zalewska.The analysis intergroup differences revealed that severity significantly lower than regression analyses proved conflict job satisfaction significant predictors stress. Continuance commitment positively predicted Both models turned out be statistically significant. variables included explained 39% 35% variability stress, respectively.Remote is associated work. Purpose This study analyses the organizational consequences of work–family conflict (WFC) among female nurses in health care sector. Moreover, this focuses on moderating effect intrinsic motivation association between WFC dimensions with different outcomes. Design/methodology/approach Data are collected from 347 working sector at Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan and Bahawalpur regions Pakistan, using random sampling technique.
