Introduction. Restrictions, social isolation measures, increased stress, and changing daily routines during the COVID-19 pandemic led to a significant decrease in young adults’ physical activity levels sleep quality. Objective. The aim of this study is examine relationship between quality people studying at university pandemic. Method. This descriptive, correlational was conducted with 670 adults healthcare. Data collected using International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form (IPAQ-SF) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) student information form. It determined that 92.5% whose average IPAQ-SF score 2107.64 ± 54.70 MET-min/week total PSQI 7.51±2.92, their internet use 94% used smartphones. The long-term effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on lifestyle changes remains understudied. This cross-sectional study aimed to assess in nutrition, physical activity, and body weight among Lithuanian students during their post-pandemic persistence. Data were collected from 1430 first-year (325 males, 1105 females) through an online self-administered questionnaire. indicated increase consumption snacks, fast food, home-made confectionery, sweets. A decrease activity was reported by 34.9% males 33.2% females. Lifestyle associated with habits. higher proportion females (38.7%) than (31.1%) BMI, which more pronounced overweight. multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that reduced activity; increased red meat, confectionery pandemic; BMI linked gain. The objective of this study was to assess the factor structure 26-item Eating Attitude Test (EAT-26) through confirmatory analysis (CFA) among 1,084 undergraduate students in Malaysia. initial findings indicated a lack support for proposed three-factor structure. Model modifications were made due inadequate fit. fit model significantly improved by excluding items with loadings below 0.40 and integrating residual covariances.
