Speech emotion recognition is an important research topic that can help to maintain and improve public health contribute towards the ongoing progress of healthcare technology. There have been several advancements in field speech systems including use deep learning models new acoustic temporal features. This paper proposes a self-attention-based model was created by combining two-dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) long short-term memory (LSTM) network. builds on existing literature identify best-performing features for this task with extensive experiments different combinations spectral rhythmic information. Abstract Objective To analyze the sociostructural determinants associated with mental health problems during lockdown period among populations residing in Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, and Spain who lived minors or dependents, approached from a gender perspective. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted six participating countries via an adapted, self-managed online survey. People living and/or dependents were selected. Multivariate logistic regression models estimated to assess associations between variables (anxiety (GAD-7) depression (PHQ-9)). The analyses stratified by sex country. The Covid and Mental Health (CoMeH) cohort was established to assess the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on use mental health care services in Italy short long term, with a particular focus socioeconomic and/or citizenship inequalities. CoMeH includes all residents for at least two years one three vast catchment areas (N = 5,167,043), aged ≥ 10 assisted by National Service (NHS) general practitioner (GP) area residence. There is an urgent need to monitor the mental health of large populations, especially during crises such as COVID-19 pandemic, timely identify most at-risk subgroups and design targeted prevention campaigns.
