Abstract
Professional
social
networking
sites
like
LinkedIn
have
opened
up
immense
opportunities
for
job
seekers
to
manage
their
self-presentations
online
create
a
favorable
impression
on
others.

present
study
aimed
examine
how
presentation

jobseekers

affected
by
gender.

self-descriptors,

Abstract
There
is
a
growing
concern
that
the
mental
health
of
recent
generations
youth
deteriorating,
yet
