Green Care initiatives (GCIs) encompass various interventions that support physical, mental, and social well-being through interaction with nature. Integrating GCIs into conventional healthcare systems is a complex task requires multi-actor multi-level governance efforts. This study examines, systematized literature review, the relevant dimensions to facilitate inclusion of in traditional care pathways. From analysis 36 selected studies, four key were identified: organizational structure, knowledge, legitimacy, decentralization. The highlights need strengthen responsibility actors as service providers, enhance local authorities’ role creating new integrated delivery networks, combine different knowledge perspectives, legitimize non-healthcare actors. Recommendations are made address these aspects integration channel their benefits prevention health promotion. Adopting an adequate framework fundamental for mainstreaming current systems.

Climate change beliefs drive individual actions tackling climate and influence the support of policies. In last two years, however, humanity has faced a parallel global crisis: COVID-19 pandemic. The widely communicated finite pool worry theory suggests that consideration crisis usually decreases when another is emerging. Nevertheless, according to recent evidence, concerns or awareness have increased during this study, we aimed at describing changes in examining effect COVID-fear on 28 European countries drawing data from nationally representative surveys. Despite substantial investments in mental health care and healthcare accessibility Europe, the well-being of young people is on a concerning decline. This deterioration further exacerbated by recent global crises, notably Covid-19 pandemic, war Ukraine, climate change, deepening economic crisis leading to increased poverty social exclusion. The main research goal was investigate how entering adulthood experience polycrisis stress, responsibility for self-perceived proximity. study involved 403 adult Poles, taking high school final exams years 2020–21. Assessment tools included Brief Symptoms Inventory 18, Difficulties Emotion Regulation Scale, Personality ICD-11, Flourishing Index. Using latent class analysis, three distinct profiles were identified, representing diverse experiences polycrisis. Group 1 primarily experienced stress related crisis, reported lower depression rates maintained relatively stable well-being. 2 confronted various aspects polycrisis, excluding COVID-19, carried strong sense while experiencing emotional challenges. 3 full spectrum showing tendencies towards perfectionism rule rigidity, without specific problems. findings this provide valuable insights developing models adults' post-crisis functioning designing early, targeted interventions.
