Under the background of intensifying contradiction between people and land, it is great significance to scientifically evaluate effects land use reveal its obstacles for sustainable development social economy. Taking Henan Province in China as an example, this paper calculated effect various cities from 2011 2020 using entropy weight method TOPSIS model, clarified their spatiotemporal evolution characteristics, revealed main limiting by constructing obstacle degree model. The results show that: (1) In past 10 years, higher than ecological economic effects, each comprehensive have steadily improved. On whole, showed a spatial distribution pattern "one city dominant" "center-south-north-east-west gradually decreasing", has been further strengthened. (2) factor factor, significantly that factor. indicators were general budget revenue government finance per unit area, domestic garbage removal volume, total retail sales consumer goods fixed asset investment area GDP area. (3) policy enlightenment can be improved aspects promoting high-quality development, strengthening construction infrastructure security systems, paying more attention protection, energy conservation emission reduction.

Habitat quality (HQ) is crucial for assessing biodiversity and serves as a key indicator of ecosystem services health. However, the spatial temporal evolution HQ under varying human activity intensities remains poorly understood. We employed integrated valuation trade-offs model to analyze spatiotemporal distribution evolutionary characteristics in Jiawang District (JWD), an area experiencing resource extraction, depletion, urban expansion. utilized Pearson correlation analysis, partial least squares-path modeling, generalized additive model, patch-generating land use simulation explore impact on mechanisms multifactorial interactions. Our findings revealed following: (1) From 2000 2030, JWD generally declined, with high- low-quality areas north east west south, respectively. (2) The intensity index population density were significantly correlated HQ, emphasizing role human-driven changes. (3) Topographic factors positively but influenced it indirectly through use. (4) Land emerged critical intermediary influencing climate, topography, population, economy exerting indirect effects. These results provide insights conservation sustainable development.

The transportation sector is a major contributor to carbon emissions, and managing its peak essential for China reach the 2030 target. This paper uses autoregressive integrated moving average model (ARIMA) design baseline scenarios “double carbon” (carbon neutrality) based on accounting of emissions in 30 provinces cities facilitate regional differentiation forecast development trend emissions. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, emission research judgment system has been developed results. indicates substantial increase dioxide (CO2) from transport over past 15 years, with an growth rate 5.9%, 387.42 mt 2005 917.00 2019. In scenario prediction analysis, overall “two-carbon” exhibits varying levels reduction compared scenario. According system, when index corresponding turning point year greater than 0.85, remains above 0.85 after point, it can be judged that region achieved under 95% possibility. It shows China’s policies strategies have played significant role transportation, but low-carbon transformation still face great challenges.

To achieve the “dual-carbon” target and ensure energy security, there is an urgent need to promote transformation of system, which coal industry main battlefield. In order study spatial temporal characteristics influencing factors development (CITD), this article establishes evaluation index system for industry, including 17 indicators in six dimensions. The projection pursuit (PP) model, relies on Real Coded Accelerating Genetic Algorithm (RAGA), applied assess CITD 23 Chinese provinces between 2011 2021. findings indicate that (1) China as a whole shows upward trend, regional differences are more obvious, following order: eastern, central, western. (2) There striking autocorrelation China, region has spillover effect neighboring regions. (3) Human capital, foreign direct investment level, employment density positively correlated with CITD, while industrial level government intervention extent negatively it. Policymakers should incorporate formulate targeted policies provide ideas fueling transformational industry.
