Pakistan is the fifth most populous country of world, and also polluted countries world with severe air quality, water scarcity, soaring frequent rising temperature, devastating floods droughts at same time. This study evaluates efforts done by Government to deal air-pollution. briefly reviews environmental protection law analyzes pollution data from 1990 2020 check level in Pakistan. The rapid population growth urbanization, industrial development unchecked uncontrolled PM carbon emissions are causing significant ill country. has formulated various acts polices combat pollution, like National Environment Action Plan (NEAP), Environmental Protection Act, 1997 (PEPA-97), Impact Assessment (EIA), CLEAN Central Laboratory for Analysis Networking. Unfortunately, role regulatory authorities questionable as they not prioritizing this sever issue, resultantly, degradation impacting public health.
