<p><em>Currently the hospital is innovating to increase level of patient satisfaction indicators which are still a problem in quality health services. The purpose this research raise issues related inpatient services at RSU Haji Medan. method used descriptive analytic with cross-sectional study design, namely through sample 189 people taken from 9818 populations calculations using categorical formula and drawn by purposive sampling, data collection carried out based on direct interviews questionnaire instrument adopted RISKESNAS Ministry Health Republic Indonesia, after survey was conducted, were analyzed means frequency central distribution, statistical tests Spearman rho correlation, multiple linear regression. results showed that average dissatisfied category (mean = 150.79), test stated there relationship all variables p &lt;0.05 highest correlation direction 0.540 fairly strong , Partially has value t 3.442 coefficient 0.201, if an 0.1%, will improve 20.1%. This concludes constantly 13.6% simultaneously (F=34.835) influences services, leaders human resources work together build even better service quality.</em><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: Correlation, Hospital, Linear, Quality, Service</em></strong></p>

In a dynamic business environment, operations management (OM) is essential for enhancing efficiency, minimizing costs, and promoting sustainable growth. Traditional OM methods frequently encounter difficulties in balancing various criteria, including cost, quality, resource utilization, adaptability, resulting lack of clear guidance organizations selecting optimal strategies. This study presents novel decision-support framework that combines objective subjective insights to improve strategy selection. research distinguished by its innovative integration three advanced methodologies: CRITIC (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) weighting, CIMAS Assessment) weight determination, WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product comprehensive ranking. hybrid weighting approach signifies notable progression research, facilitating balanced practical evaluation competing assesses five approaches: lean management, automation, sustainability-driven operations, flexible workforce allocation, data-driven decision-making, relation eight performance criteria. Our findings indicate decision-making prominent achieving operational excellence, whereas alternative approaches exhibit distinct advantages across dimensions.
