preglednog
rada
prikazati

trenutnog
stanja
primjene
terapije
ozonom

medicini

dentalnoj

Pretraživanjem
tražilice
PubMed
uočen
značajan
porast
broja
istraživanja
periodu
od
2015.
do
danas,

posebno
posljednje
tri
godine,

ukazuje
sve
veći
interes
za
kliničku
primjenu.
Tome
pridonosi
razvoj
sigurnih
uređaja
načina
uporabe.
Ozon
otkriven
prije
više
stotinu
godina
tada
se
široko
koristi
mnogim
područjima
uključujući
mnoge
grane
medicine.
Mnogobrojne
studije
dokazale
su
pozitivan
učinak
ozona
antioksidativni
kapacitet,
kao
modulacije
vaskularnom,
hematološkom
imunološkom
sustavu,
ali
njegovu
efikasnost
ako
primjenjuje
adjuvans
konvencionalnim
terapijama.

AbstractObjectives
This
pilot
study
aimed
to
compare
the
efficacy
of
0.1%
tacrolimus
and
0.05%
clobetasol
propionate
in
orabase
for
treating
symptomatic
oral
lichen
planus
(OLP).
Materials
Methods
Pilot,
randomized,
controlled
conducted
on
21
patients
with
OLP,
selected
according
clinical
histopathological
criteria

Twelve

tacrolimus,
nine
clobetasol,
both
30
days
a
two-month
follow-up.
The

symptoms

quality

treatments
