Abstract Background Breast cancer rates and the number of breast survivors have been increasing among women in Iran. Effective responses from healthcare depend on appropriately identifying survivors’ needs. This study investigated experience needs different dimensions. Methods In this qualitative content analysis, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted April 2023 to July 2023. Data saturation was achieved after interviewing 16 (BCSs) four oncologists using purposive sampling. Survivors asked narrate their experiences about during survivorship. analyzed with an inductive approach order extract themes. Results Twenty conducted. The analysis focused central themes: (1) financial toxicity (healthcare costs, unplanned retirement, insurance coverage services); (2) family support (emotional support, Physical support); (3) informational (management side effects, management uncertainty, balanced diet); (4) psychological physical issues (pain, fatigue, hot flashes, fear recurrence). Background Treatment for breast cancer poses major challenges and leads to a variety of side-effects problems that affect life long time. ABSTRACT Aim This study evaluated the impact of mindfulness‐based nursing interventions (MBNIs) on reducing depression and enhancing resilience in oncology patients.
