Current programming and resources aimed at supporting the well-being of family caregivers often fail to address considerations unique those caring for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDDs). As a result, many IDD feel isolated, stressed, burnt out. A targeted research agenda informed by key stakeholders is needed would allow teams coordinate resources, talents, efforts progress caregiver in this area quickly effectively. To aim, pilot study used Delphi design based on 2 rounds questionnaires. In round 1, 19 (18 females, 1 male), including 12 caregivers, 3 rehabilitation providers, researchers, organizational representatives, identified broad areas research. After collating responses from were asked rank whether each was considered priority 2. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics conventional content analysis. Eighteen completed survey (1 did not complete survey), after which consensus reached. Stakeholders nine priorities, system-level programs services, models care, health promotion, social inclusion, equity diversity, capacity building, care planning along lifespan, balancing formal natural community-based supports. Although preliminary nature, priorities generated an inclusive systematic process may inform future promote Canadians IDD.

La pandemia llevó a que se incrementaran las medidas de bioseguridad y adoptara el confinamiento para evitar la propagación del virus, lo repercutió en calidad vida todas personas, incluyendo aquellas con discapacidad intelectual. El propósito este estudio fue establecer cómo era personas intelectual durante por COVID-19, mediante aplicación un cuestionario línea completado 78 familias Colombia. Los principales hallazgos dan cuenta al 91 % le explicaron sobre 79,5 tuvo conocimiento acerca causas dicho confinamiento; 43.6 presentó nivel alto participación actividades rutinas familiares; 80.8 pudo elegir los espacios tiempos realizar sus individuales; 92.3 acceso implementos recursos necesarios su diaria; 71.8 no experimentó cambios hábitos alimentación; 44.9 reportó estado regular salud; 64.1 sueño, 79.5 recibió apoyos gubernamentales. Las moderada tuvieron mayor contacto familia extensa (52.50 %) 85.7 quienes presentaban severa profunda evidenciaron ánimo. En conclusión, experimentaron una serie adaptaciones entornos inmediatos, llevar cabo instituciones, minimizar impacto vida.
