This
paper
investigates
the
effect
of
E-government
(EG)
and
COVID-19
on
environmental
sustainability
(ES),
considering
Load
Capacity
Curve
(LCC)
in
Chinese
provinces,
which
employs
panel
MMQR
method.

impact
sustainability,

a
1%
increase
effectiveness
leading
to
rise
ES
between
0.05%
0.40%.
Conversely,
