The rapid transition to online learning has exacerbated procrastination behavior, further complicated by students’ mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, and stress, which lead delayed educational tasks diminished academic performance. This study investigates the efficacy of a resilience intervention program based on three-factor model personal in reducing among Egyptian primary school students during COVID-19 pandemic. quasi-experimental research involved sample 100 fourth-grade who demonstrated high levels procrastination, indicated scores above 70% Pure Procrastination Scale. Students were randomly divided into two groups—an experimental group, received training, control did not—to assess intervention’s impact procrastination. Qualitative analyses feedback from students, teachers, parents, coupled with pre- post-intervention questionnaires, utilized evaluate program’s effectiveness. Initial findings revealed no significant differences between groups before intervention. However, improvements group’s observed immediately one month after intervention, suggesting potential ability training enhance performance well-being. Results advocate for inclusion resilience-building activities within curricula effectively address purpose this is propose suggestions reduce students. O perfeccionismo é caracterizado pela luta por padrões exageradamente altos e vezes irrealistas, acompanhados autoavaliações excessivamente críticas.Um de seus desdobramentos prejudiciais a procrastinação, caracterizada pelo atraso intencional desnecessário na realização tarefas, mesmo cientes das implicações negativas que isso acarreta no futuro, afetando tanto o desempenho acadêmico quanto saúde mental.Tendo em vista sofrimento emocional decorrente do perfeccionismo, procrastinação como uma forma regulação emocional, questiona-se papel processos inflexibilidade psicológica preditores mediadores da relação entre acadêmica.O presente estudo possui um delineamento analítico, transversal quantitativo, tem objetivo geral investigar as associações (esforços preocupações perfeccionistas) acadêmica, essas variáveis são mediadas pelos evitação experiencial, fusão cognitiva mindfulness provenientes modelo Terapia Aceitação Compromisso (ACT).Participaram 403 acadêmicos (Média idade = 26,7 anos; DP 7,03), destes, 206 (51,1%) eram alunos graduação, 197 (48,9%) pós-graduação, instituições públicas (n 294; 73%) privadas 109; 27%), sendo maior parte sexo feminino (75,2%).Para avaliação foram utilizados questionário identificação, Inventário Breve Procrastinação Acadêmica, Acceptance and Action Questionnaire -II, Mindfull Attention Awareness Scale, Cognite Fusion Questionnaire, Escala Multidimensional Perfeccionismo Frost.Nas análises utilizadas análise correlação rho Spearman, Análise Regressão Linear Método Stepwise, Modelagem Equações Estruturais (MEE).Nos resultados, identificadas correlações magnitude moderada dimensões mindfulness, experiencial cognitiva.Além disso, encontradas fraca com cognitiva.Na regressão linear método ACT explicaram juntar 24% variância procrastinação.A Stepwise auxiliou identificação significativas para integrar ser testado (MEE), foi removida modelo.Na MEE, apenas emergiu mediador significativo esforços perfeccionistas desempenhando mediação parcial nessa relação.Esses resultados ressaltam importância levar consideração especialmente capacidade agir consciência, pesquisas intervenções relacionadas ao à procrastinação.

Abstract Objectives Guided by the hedonic surplus/mood‐as‐resource hypotheses, we sought to identify message components that prevent health information avoidance inducing psychological states. Design Two experimental studies. Methods Participants, age 45–75, recruited from online survey platform, Prolific (Study 1 N = 288, Study 2 505), completed a of their colorectal cancer (CRC) tendency and demographics.
