The purpose of this paper is to examine how college students perceived their personal wellness and identified sources support while enrolled as a student in teacher’s during the COVID-19 pandemic. College education were asked provide responses for five different measures. Quantitative data analysis was used overall wellness, well-being, self-efficacy, food insecurity, support. Females had significantly lower scores than males. Undergraduates noticeably graduate students, undergraduates higher Food Insecurity did. Given the financial demands of attending college, transition to new living situations, abrupt changes in social support, and overall lifestyle adjustments, college students are at an increased risk food insecurity (FI) compared general population. Во введении обоснована актуальность темы питания студенческой молодежи. Отмечено влияние и важность рационального (адекватного сбалансированного) приема пищи для сохранения здоровья успешного обучения в современном обществе. Проблема пищевой безопасности при переходе из школы, когда за этим следят родители педагоги, к самостоятельной жизни стоит очень актуально во всем мире. Целью обзора литературы явилось обобщение имеющихся современных научных данных о продовольственной молодежи глобальном масштабе изыскание международных рекомендаций по его преодолению. Оценка значения автоматов продаже продуктов университетах. В основной части статьи представлены результаты исследований оценке влияния изменений пищевого режима баланса питательных веществ молодежи, развитию на этом фоне метаболических болезней зависимости успеваемости. Особое внимание уделено вопросу возможности приготовления пищи, увлечению современными тенденциями быстрого использованию готовых закусок, часто заменяющих полноценный прием пищи. Акцентировано активно входящим студенческую жизнь готовой еды напитков. заключении указано, что проблема правильного должна найти скорое всеобъемлющее решение. Только совместные стратегии, разрабатываемые руководителями университетских пунктов администрацией, могут создать экономически эффективные устойчивые модели, которые обеспечат сохранение долгосрочную выгоду.
