Los padres y/o cuidadores que se encuentran en proceso de intervención un Programa Prevención Focalizada la línea Protección Derechos del ex-Sename, presentan una serie problemáticas psicosociales, entre las cuales destacan historias violencia intrafamiliar negligencias familiares vividas durante su infancia. El presente estudio tiene por objetivo establecer si existe relación haber sufrido parentalización, padecer alexitimia y mostrar bajas competencias parentales. La investigación usó metodología cuantitativa, con diseño descriptivo-relacional transversal. muestra fue intencionada aplicaron los siguientes instrumentos: el Inventario Parentalización Lisa Hooper, Escala Alexitimia Toronto Parentalidad Positiva E2P. respondieron entrevistas (sobre uno o más hijos) fueron 120, 35 (29%) hombres 85 (71%) mujeres, todos ellos sector ciudad Coquimbo. Se estadísticas descriptivas, análisis correlaciones modelos regresión logística binaria. resultados muestran efecto predictivo significativo inverso indica presencia dificultad para identificar emociones (una dimensión alexitimia) sido parentalizado infancia predicen parentales vinculares, protectoras reflexivas encontrarán riesgo. Esto podría dar luces sobre mecanismos reproduce cuidado parental negligente familia.

ABSTRACT Context UK Muslims are a growing proportion of the population who often experience complex mental health presentations while having poorest outcomes across faiths from standard cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions. Islamic psychology is new development that addresses as psychospiritual phenomenon; counselling therapeutic approach within this field. Objectives The current study explores immediate psychological intervention, Counselling, in relation to anxiety and depression, through counsellor‐led assessment its impact. Methods Counsellors compared Generalised Anxiety Disorder‐7 (GAD‐7) Patient Health Questionnaire‐9 (PHQ‐9) scores before after six eight sessions Counselling with 52 Muslim clients three East London boroughs. The presence of a child with disability significantly affects family dynamics introducing new responsibilities and altering roles. However, research also highlights the positive outcomes, such as increased cohesion stronger bonds among members. Siblings face unique challenges, including emotional burdens adjustment difficulties, which are influenced by factors age, severity disability, parental attitudes. While some siblings develop empathy nurture traits, others struggle internalizing externalizing problems. This study investigated whether families exhibit distinct interaction patterns based on type child's considering perspectives healthy parents. comprised 179 dyads, each consisting adolescent sibling or chronic illness one their parents (N = 358). sample included 49 children diabetes, intellectual disabilities, 28 motor 53 children. To assess within families, following measures were used: Questionnaire Relationships to evaluate relationships between adolescents siblings, Parentification for Youth measure instrumental parentification, KidScreen-27 quality life, Parental Attitude Scale-2 attitudes, Family Rating Scales dynamics, structure interactions. Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) was used analyze data. We identified two latent profiles: "Strained Families" profile, featured lower-quality interactions displaying greater rejection, inconsistent, overdemanding "Resilient profile reflected balanced functioning flexibility. more prevalent (57%). No significant differences in frequencies found across groups. Both profiles diabetes Therefore, results suggest that varied independently disability. Notably, 64% exhibited marked functioning, suggesting not exclusive disabilities.
