Introduction: Food insecurity (FI) experienced during pregnancy represents a relevant public health problem, as it negatively affects maternal and child health. Objective: To investigate the prevalence of FI among pregnant women COVID-19 pandemic determine associated factors. Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out in period from 2021 to 2022, with representative sample 423 resulting calculation based on average (2912 births) that occurred years 2016 2020 only maternity hospital municipality. After analyzing medical records, interviews were postpartum using standardized questionnaire Brazilian Insecurity Scale. Poisson regression robust variance used calculate ratios 95% confidence intervals measure associations. Results: observed 57.0% cases age under 20 (PR = 1.52; CI 1.29; 1.79), receipt government assistance 1.31; 1.10; 1.55), loss family employment 1.40; 1.20; 1.64), greater number residents 1.17; 1.00; 1.37), prenatal care institution 1.53; 1.04; 2.26). This study examined the impact of nutrition education on chronotype, sleep quality, and dietary quality among university students. Participants included 317 students with 280 without. Data were collected through questionnaires assessing demographic characteristics, chronotype (using Morning-Evening Questionnaire), (via Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), habits. Anthropometric measurements 24-hour food recalls also recorded. Dietary was evaluated using Healthy Eating Index (HEI)-2020, while fat carbohydrate assessed Fat (FQI) Carbohydrate (CQI), respectively. Results indicated that who received had significantly lower body weight, height, waist circumference compared to those Of students, 8.9% a morning, 7% an evening rest intermediate chronotype. HEI-2020, CQI, FQI scores higher in group. Although no significant relationship found between improved observed group education. suggested enhancing nutritional knowledge can positively health by improving sleep.
