Although the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) population encompasses more than 50 ethnicities 100 languages, it is often treated as a monolith in research policy. Despite substantial heterogeneity, policy makers researchers do not usually focus on AANHPI subgroups when discussing underrepresentation health disparities. We provide insights representation of populations by disaggregating racial category among workforce examining occupations. These data indicate that although well represented collective population, there are groups underrepresented, including other Southeast NHPI general. There also considerable behavioral workforce. Policy addressing gaps care, which "Asian" groups, should disaggregate groups.
