Introduction: Three different shapes of gold nanoparticles were synthesized in this experiment. At the same time, studies compared their effects with human serum albumin (HSA). Methods: Gold (AuNPs) three morphologies, such as, nanospheres (AuNSs), nanorods (AuNRs), and nanoflowers (AuNFs) via a seeding method characteristic absorption peaks detected using ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy, Telectron microscopy (TEM), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) Zeta potential measurements, circular dichroism (CD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to study interactions between them HSA. By comparing thermodynamic parameters quenching mechanism materials, similarities differences determined Results: The results showed that an increase concentration AuNPs UV-vis peak intensity mixed solution increased, but its fluorescence was quenched. This indicates types interact HSA, represent static process, which is consistent conclusions derived from three-dimensional experiments. Through variable-temperature experiments, binding constants, number sites, HSA determined. Gibbs free energy changes <0, indicating reactions are spontaneous, resulting associated matter. Binding constant measurements indicated strongest took place AuNFs In addition, fluorescence, CD FTIR can induce conformational reduce α-helix content. Among them, have smallest ability changes. Discussion: According studies, more favorably be used as reference for administration drugs containing AuNPs.
