In developed countries, the extension of human life is increasingly accompanied by a progressive increase in neurodegenerative diseases, most which do not yet have effective therapy but only symptomatic treatments. recent years, plant polyphenols aroused considerable interest scientific community. The mechanisms currently hypothesized for pathogenesis Parkinson's disease (PD) are neuroinflammation, oxidative stress and apoptosis. Hydroxytyrosol (HT), main component Hidrox® (HD), has been shown to some highest free radical evacuation anti-inflammatory activities. Here we wanted study role HD on neurobiological behavioral alterations induced rotenone.A was conducted mice received (10 mg/kg, i.p.) concomitantly with rotenone (5 o.s.) 28 days.Locomotor activity, catalepsy, histological damage several characteristic markers PD, such as dopamine transporter (DAT) content, tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) accumulation α-synuclein, evaluated. Moreover, observed effects stress, apoptosis inflammasomes. Taken together, results obtained highlight HD's ability reduce loss dopaminergic neurons associated it counteracting three PD pathogenesis.HD subject fewer regulations than traditional drugs improve patients' brain health could represent promising nutraceutical choice prevent PD.

Polyphenols are natural compounds which plant-based bioactive molecules, and have been the subject of growing interest in recent years. Characterized by multiple varieties, polyphenols mostly found fruits vegetables. Currently, many diseases waiting for a cure or solution to reduce their symptoms. However, drug other chemical strategies limitations using treatment agent still detection tool diseases, thus researchers need investigate preventive improving treatment. Therefore, it is elucidate polyphenols, bioactivity effects, supplementation, consumption. The disadvantage that they limited bioavailability, although beneficial outcomes with roles. In this context, several different developed improve particularly liposomal nanoparticles. As nutrition one most important factors health, inclusion molecules daily diet significant continues be enthusiastically researched. Nutrition, individuals all ages, key polyphenols.

Medicinal plants are a rich source of secondary metabolites, which can be used in veterinary medicine as growth stimulants and next-generation antibacterials. the food, feed, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, other industries because their antiviral, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant properties. The feed industry has found use for medicinal they contain substances with unique biological (antimicrobial, immunomodeling, anti-stress, growth-stimulating, etc.) synthetic antibiotics hormones reduced by adding phytogenic additives form powders or extracts to feed. This improves health animals lowers morbidity mortality rates. review aimed study role plant-based preparation (phytobiotics based on plants) development animal husbandry potential resource production. most important properties plant antibiotic properties, significantly reduce when raising resistance human body consuming products. antibacterial agents application relevant given high profitability food production, is global trend that benefits both animals' people's health.

Bee pollen is characterized by an exceptional diversity and abundance of micronutrients bioactive phytochemicals. This richness remains very sparsely investigated, but accumulating evidence strongly supports a promising future for bee in human nutrition medicine. Epigenetic regulation among the most compelling biomedical topics that remain completely untapped derivative research. In our current research, we identified numerous ubiquitous compounds are consistently present this matrix, regardless its botanical geographical origins, have been well studied documented as epigenetic regulators recent years. Given relative newness both research studies within nutritional, pharmaceutical, medical sciences, review aims to bridge these valuable fields advance related experimental investigations. To best knowledge, first work has aimed comprehensively investigate modulatory potential compounds. Our findings also unveiled several intriguing phenomena, such dual effect same compound depending on cellular context or some cross-generational heritability traits. Although whole extract still lacking, study clearly indicates avenue worth further We hope constitutes foundational cornerstone investigations
