The current study continues the evaluation of anticancer potential three de novo synthesized pyrazolo[4,3-e]tetrazolo[1,5-b][1,2,4]triazine sulfonamides-MM129, MM130, and MM131-against human cancer cells HeLa, HCT 116, PC-3, BxPC-3 lines. pro-apoptotic activity investigated sulfonamides was shown by observations changes in mitochondrial transmembrane tested cells, externalization phosphatidylserine on cellular membrane surface, cell morphology microscopic imaging. computational studies have that MM129 exhibited lowest binding energy values when docked against CDK enzymes. In addition, highest stability for complexes formed between CDK5/8 All examined compounds induced cycle arrest G0/G1 phase PC-3 simultaneously caused accumulation S 116 cells. increase subG1 fraction observed HeLa application a fluorescent H2DCFDA probe revealed high pro-oxidative properties triazine derivatives, especially MM131. conclusion, obtained results suggest MM129, MM131 strong towards mainly lines, as well. Moreover, it is suggested may be associated with their ability to inhibit enzymes activities.
