The aim of the preliminary study was to improve success cryopreservation stallion spermatozoa. effect different equilibration lengths and two techniques for freezing semen evaluated, based on motility viability parameters. Fresh diluted with BotuCrio extender divided into 3 groups equilibrated 0.5h, 2h, 4h. Subsequently, half straws each group were cryopreserved in vapours liquid nitrogen or automatic freezer. Moreover, a significant difference (p < 0.05) percentage producing ROS found between frozen compared by freezer same time. Nevertheless, results this are character. Applicability of cryopreserved insemination doses is dependent on the quality semen after thawing. Abstract The present study investigated the effect of Rosemary essential oil oral Supplementation on development reproductive organs, including morphometric measures, accessory genital gland, and semen quality in Barki rams. Sixty rams were randomly divided into two equal groups; control (G1) (G2), treated with 2 mg/Kg body weight per day for 45 days group. Zemplin Rabbit and Liptov Bold-Spotted are Slovak national breeds. Our aim was to characterize the sperm quality of these two breeds, as characteristics important for artificial insemination cryopreservation biodiversity conservation tools. For this evaluation, samples sexually mature (ZR) males (n = 6) Rabbits (LR) 4) were used. According progressive motility (PM) data (CASA), divided into groups: A (>30% PM) B (<30% PM). In addition PM (ZR-A: 48.6±3.8%, ZR-B: 16±3.2%, LR-A: 35.38±2.6%, LR-B: 4±2.2%), total (TM) 69.1±4.1%, 35.5±4.1%, 59.1±3%, 26.9±4.1%) morphological abnormalities 29.7±1.2%, 40±4%, 34.3±4.3%, 48.3±4.7%) also assessed using CASA system. The proportion dead/live, apoptotic oxidative damaged spermatozoa (Spz) by flow cytometry fluorescent dyes: SYBR-14, Sytox Green, Yo-Pro-1 CellROX respectively. results correspond values morphometry.
