Latar belakang: Pengendalian DBD masih berfokus pada vektornya yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan kelimpahan nyamuk Aedes aegypti. secara fisik dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pengendalian Ae. aegypti karena hal ini melengkapi vektor terpadu. Penelitian menguji prototipe alat berbasis kejutan listrik aman dan menggunakan arus direct current diaplikasikan air berisi larva mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap aegypti.Metode: instar III IV. Larva dipaparkan DC dengan lima voltase uji yaitu 3, 4, 5, 6 7 volt. Pengulangan dilakukan sebanyak 10 kali tiap 25 larva. Pengamatan menit 15, 30, 1 jam, 2 3 jam 4 setelah perlakuan.Hasil: Perbedaan nilai kematian berpengaruh signifikan (p< 0,05). Hubungan antara bersifat positif berarti semakin besar maka banyak Nilai probit perlakuan input volt merupakan paling cepat mematikan LT50 1,81 volume 5 liter LT50: 0,54 liter.Simpulan: ABSTRACTTitle: Effect of Direct Curent Electricity as a Shock Force on LarvaeBackground: DHF control is still focused the vector which aims to reduce abundance Physical can be used an alternative in controlling this complements integrated management. The beneficial role of papaya leaf juice against dengue infection is gaining popularity. However, most these studies involve the fresh juice, decoction, or solvent extraction methods with limitations in terms formulation development and retention natural phytochemical balance. Hence, this study aimed at investigating platelet-increasing anti-pyretic effect its powdered extracts favorable attributes for developing finished pharmaceuticals. former activity was performed on leaves powder extract (PE) used to prepare product, i.e., Re-Plat. both activities were assessed multi-ingredients (ME; composition PE plus decoction Achillea millefolium , Zingiber officinale Phyllanthus niruri Piper nigrum ) poly herbal i.e. Re-Plat Plus. Briefly, Carboplatin (50 mg/kg) develop a rat model thrombocytopenia, which followed by administration ME (150, 300, 450 mg/kg). After five days, blood collected measure platelet levels using hematology analyzer. In case activity, yeast-induced pyrexia induce rectal temperature noted 5 h. Our data showed that, tested doses 150 300 mg/kg, caused significant increase count compared control group. similarity standard drug (paracetamol), (300 did not allow time-dependent temperature. it can be deduced that active poly-herbal (Re-Plat Plus) are endowed potentials; attributed clinically useful management fever. Viral infectious illnesses represent a severe hazard to human health due their widespread incidence worldwide. Among these ailments, the dengue virus (DENV) infection stands out. World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that DENV affects ~400 million people each year, with potentially fatal symptoms showing up in 1% of cases. In several instances, academic and pharmaceutical researchers have conducted pilot clinical studies on variety topics, including viral epidemiology, structure function analyses, source route, therapeutic targets, vaccinations, drugs. Amongst Takeda, TAK-003, Sanofi, Dengvaxia®, Butantan/NIH/Merck, Dengvaxia® (CYD-TDV) is only licensed vaccination yet; however, potential inhibitors are under development. The biology evolution DENVs briefly discussed this review, which also compiles most recent prospective antiviral targets candidates. conclusion, triumphs failures influenced development anti-DENV medications, findings review article will stimulate more investigation.

Objective: Testicular tumors can be seen bilaterally in 2-3% of cases as synchronous or metachronous.The long cancer-specific survival early-stage testicular cancer requires consideration for fertility and quality life issues because organ loss these patients.In the present case series, surgical outcome histopathological features testis-sparing surgery were evaluated using bench work after a standard radical orchiectomy tumor patients with normal contralateral testis.Materials Methods: Patients mass confirmed by ultrasonography and/or magnetic resonance imaging testis included study.All underwent orchiectomy.Partial was performed on separate operating table (bench) following orchiectomy.After visual evaluation removed mass, seven biopsies taken from bed frozen section examination (FSE).If residual found FSE, parenchymal resection until negative margin achieved.The patients' age, marker levels, type, diameter, rete invasion, epididymis spermatic cord necrosis, presence lymphatic-vascular invasion recorded.Results: Sixteen study.The mean age 31.6±11.6years.The diameter 26.9±15.3mm, tumor-testicular-volume ratio 33.2±24.9percentage.The positive 12.5% (n=2/16) FSE.In two patients, tumor-testicular volume above 50%, greater than 50 mm, necrosis tunica albuginea observed final histopathology.The histopathology pure seminoma, non-seminomatous germ cell tumors, mixed tumor, sex stromal fibrosis 50% (n=8/16), (n=2/16), 25% (n=4/16) 6.5% (n=1/16) cases, respectively.Histopathological revealed 37.5% (n=6/16) intratubular neoplasia adjacent tissue.Conclusion: Our experience series shows that is technically straightforward.Surgical positivity detected large high ratio.FSE useful detecting positivity.
