Phenolic compounds are a group of secondary metabolites responsible for several processes in plants-these involved plant-environment interactions (attraction pollinators, repelling herbivores, or chemotaxis microbiota soil), but also have antioxidative properties and capable binding heavy metals screening ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, the accumulation these has to be precisely driven, which is ensured on levels, most important aspect seems control gene expression. Such transcriptional requires presence activity transcription factors (TFs) that driven based current requirements plant. Two environmental mainly affect phenolic compounds-light temperature. Because it known light perception occurs via specialized sensors (photoreceptors) we decided combine biophysical knowledge about plants with molecular biology-based specific genes bridge gap between them. Our review offers insights into regulation related compound production, strengthens understanding plant responses cues, opens avenues manipulation total content profile potential applications horticulture food production.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) maintain cellular homeostasis by blocking mRNAs binding with them to fine-tune the expression of genes across numerous biological pathways. The 2024 Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology for discovering miRNAs was long overdue. We anticipate a deluge research work involving repeat history prizes awarded on other RNAs. Although miRNA therapies are included several complex diseases, realization that regulate their roles addressing hundreds diseases expected; but advancement drug discovery tools, we even faster entry new drugs. To promote this, provide details current science, logic, intellectual property, formulations, regulatory process anticipation many more researchers will introduce novel based discussion advice provided this paper.
