Meal timing an emerging field of research that investigates influence eating patterns on our circadian rhythm, metabolism, overall health. This narrative review examines relationship meal timing, clock genes, hormones, It analyzes existing literature experimental data to explore connection mealtime, rhythms, processes. The available evidence highlights importance aligning mealtime with body’s natural rhythms promote health prevent disorders. Specifically, studies show consuming meals later in day associated elevated prevalence disorders, while early time-restricted eating, such as having breakfast earlier dinner, improves levels glucose blood substrate oxidation. The pattern of itching in patients with atopic dermatitis has not been systematically studied. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the adults using questionnaires for a circadian rhythm participating at single institution (n = 241). A self-report questionnaire was used and intensity patients. In addition, patients' disease severity (Eczema Area Severity Index [EASI]) quality life (Dermatology Life Quality [DLQI]) were assessed.
