Abstract
Purpose
of
Review
Dietary
phytochemicals,
bioactive
compounds
derived
from
plants,
have
gained
increasing
attention
for
their
potential
role
in
cancer
prevention.
Among
these,
NRF2
(nuclear
factor
erythroid
2–related
2)
activating
dietary
phytochemicals
such
as
curcumin,
sulforaphane,
ursolic
acid,
and
cyanidin
demonstrated
significant
antioxidant
anti-inflammatory
properties,
making
them
promising
agents
chemoprevention.
This
review
examines
the
pharmacokinetic
(PK)
pharmacodynamic
(PD)
profiles
these
with
a
focus
on
NRF2-mediated
effects
Recent
Findings
Preclinical
studies
highlighted
to
modulate
oxidative
stress
inflammation,
key
drivers
carcinogenesis.
We
