A novel nanomagnet modified with nickel ferrite nanoparticles (NPs) coated hybrid chitosan (Cs-NiFe2O4) was synthesized using the co-precipitation method. The resulting nanomagnets were characterized various techniques. size of nanomagnetic particles estimated to be about 40 nm based on transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) pattern (using Debye-Scherrer equation). Scanning (SEM) images indicated that surface Cs-NiFe2O4 NPs is flatter smoother than uncoated NiFe2O4 NPs. According value stream mapping (VSM) analysis, magnetization (17.34 emu/g) significantly lower (40.67 emu/g). higher antibacterial properties Cs. minimum inhibitory concentrations against S. aureus E. coli 128 256 mg/mL, respectively. Antioxidant activity (evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging test) for at concentration 100 µg/mL 35% 42%, Consequently, can proposed as a viable material biomedical applications.
