Abstract
This
study
aimed
to
determine
the
biofunctional
properties,
such
as
antioxidant,
antimicrobial,
anticancer,
and
antidiabetic
activities,

peel
extracts

Pitahaya
(Hylocereus
spp.)

an
economically
significant
cactus
fruit
in
Peru,
